AbstractSince 2015, stroke has become the leading cause of death and disability in China, posing a significant threat to the health of its citizens as a major chronic non-communicable disease. We estimated the difference in health care expenditures post-discharge for patients enrolled in the COMPASS-TC model of care compared to usual care.
