Endovascular repair for retrograde type A intramural hematoma with focal intimal disruption in descending aorta
CONCLUSIONS: TEVAR provides a safe and effective treatment strategy for selected patients with retrograde type A IMH, and FID developed in descending aorta could be the possible treatment target. However, RAAD remains one of the most serious postoperative complications of concern.PMID:34422353 | PMC:PMC8339735 | DOI:10.21037/jtd-21-574

Midterm Outcomes of a Prospective, Nonrandomized Study to Evaluate Endovascular Repair of Complex Aortic Aneurysms Using Fenestrated-Branched Endografts
Conclusion: FB-EVAR is safe and effective for treatment of PRA and TAAAs with low rate of aortic-related mortality and aneurysm rupture on midterm follow-up.

Association of Iso-Osmolar vs Low-Osmolar Contrast Media With Major Adverse Renal or Cardiovascular Events in Patients at High Risk for Acute Kidney Injury Undergoing Endovascular Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair
CONCLUSIONS: Use of IOCM vs LOCM in patients at high risk of AKI undergoing EVAR procedures was associated with a lower risk of MARCE. As prevention of AKI or cardiovascular events after EVAR procedures may lead to reduced morbidity and mortality, this finding may have important clinical implications and should be confirmed through randomized controlled clinical studies.PMID:34280892

Five-Year Outcomes with Conformable GORE ® TAG® endoprosthesis used in traumatic aortic transections
CONCLUSIONS: Five-year outcomes verify the CTAG device is a safe, effective, and durable option for BAI patients undergoing TEVAR.PMID:34126073 | DOI:10.1016/j.athoracsur.2021.05.054

Complications of endo-vascular aortic repair for abdominal aortic aneurysm: A retrospective single-centre experience
CONCLUSION: EVAR showed a high technical success rate with no conversion to OAR. The most common complications were type II and type I endoleaks followed by graft limb occlusion. The 30-day mortality was 2.3% due to perioperative MI. Only one late stent-graft related mortality was registered due to rupture-EVAR.PMID:33850623 | PMC:PMC8039833 | DOI:10.1016/j.amsu.2021.102219
