Propensity score analysis of low dose aspirin and bleeding complications in pregnancy
CONCLUSIONS: Low dose aspirin recommendation in pregnancy was associated with increased risk for placental abruption and for postpartum hemorrhage. Our results support the need for more research into aspirin and bleeding complications in pregnancy before recommending it beyond the highest risk pregnancies. This article is protected by copyright. Recurrent MiscarriageGreen-top Guideline No. 17
BJOG. 2023 Jun 19. doi: 10.1111/1471-0528.17515. Online ahead of print.ABSTRACTIn this guideline, recurrent miscarriage has been defined as three or more first trimester miscarriages. Dual Antiplatelet Therapy Duration After Multivessel Optimal Intravascular Ultrasound-Guided Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
CONCLUSIONS: The adoption of short DAPT duration was still low in this trial conducted after the release of the STOPDAPT-2 trial results. The 1-year incidence of cardiovascular events was not different between the shorter and longer DAPT groups, suggesting no apparent benefit of prolonged DAPT in reducing cardiovascular events even in patients who undergo multivessel PCI.PMID:37197941 | DOI:10.1253/circj.CJ-23-0141
