Pressure Injuries Due to Personal Protective Equipment in COVID-19 Critical Care Units
CONCLUSIONS: Pressure injuries related to PPE represent an important adverse effect for nurses caring for patients with COVID-19. IJERPH, Vol. 19, Pages 3880: Moral Distress in Healthcare Providers Who Take Care of Critical Pediatric Patients throughout Italy —Cultural Adaptation and Validation of the Italian Pediatric Instrument
Conclusions: The Italian Pediatric MDS-R is a valid and reliable instrument for measuring MD among Italian health workers who care for critically ill children. Further research would be helpful in better investigating its applicability to the heterogeneous scenario of Italian Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.

Transfusion Ratios and Deficits in Injured Children With Life-Threatening Bleeding*
CONCLUSIONS: In injured children, balanced resuscitation may improve early survival according to this hypothesis generating study. Multicenter clinical trials are needed to assess whether clinicians should target ratios and deficits as optimal pediatric hemostatic resuscitation practice.

Use of Antifibrinolytics in Pediatric Life-Threatening Hemorrhage: A Prospective Observational Multicenter Study
CONCLUSIONS: Administration of antifibrinolytic medications during the life-threatening event was independently associated with improved 6- and 24-hour survivals in bleeding children. Consideration should be given to use of antifibrinolytics in pediatric patients with life-threatening hemorrhage.

Impact of compounded drugs on the caregivers' burden of home therapy management in pediatric palliative care: A descriptive study
CONCLUSIONS: The therapy management of children with medical complexity relies on parents. Galenic compounds may improve both patients' and caregivers' quality of life, either in terms of shorter time of administration or smaller risk of errors.
