Study Protocol: IMPETUS: Implementing a uniform stroke care pathway in medical colleges of India: IMPETUS Stroke
We present here a protocol to investigate the feasibility and fidelity of implementing a uniform stroke care pathway in medical colleges of India. Smartphone-based telestroke Vs & #8220;Stroke Physician & #8221; led acute stroke management (SMART INDIA): A protocol for a cluster-randomized trial
Conclusion: SMART INDIA assesses whether the low-cost Telestroke model is superior to the stroke physician model in achieving acute stroke care delivery. The results of this study can be utilized in national programs for stroke and can be a role model for stroke care delivery in low- and middle-Income countries. (CTRI/2021/11/038196)

Using Multiple Logistic Regression to Determine Factors Affecting Delaying Hospital Arrival of Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke
Conclusions: Results showed that most of the patients had a considerable delay in arriving at the hospital in ≤ 4.5 hours. Thus, providing health promotion strategies to improve society awareness of early symptoms of stroke, training of local physicians about the importance of early arrival of stroke patients, and more extended ambulance services in all cities and rural areas are necessary for better management of acute stroke patients in this area.

Validation of the caregiving knowledge questionnaire-my: Measuring knowledge regarding positioning and feeding among Malaysian informal caregivers of stroke patients
Conclusions: CKQ-My has good internal consistency and construct validity for the subscales measuring stroke caregivers' knowledge about positioning and feeding of stroke patients. It has potential as an assessment of effectiveness of caregiver training and for future studies on long-term stroke outcomes in Malaysia.

Impact of Effortful Swallow with Progressive Resistance on Swallow Safety, Efficiency and Quality of Life in Individuals with Post-Stroke Dysphagia: Analysis Using DIGEST- FEES and SWAL-QOL
Conclusion: The results are promising as the technique improved swallow safety, and swallow quality of life in persons with dysphagia following stroke.

Development and validation of a comprehensive neuropsychological and language rehabilitation for stroke survivors: A home-based caregiver-delivered intervention program
Conclusions: This intervention can be feasible to administer as a home-based intervention and may help to alleviate language and neuropsychological complaints after stroke in low-literate or mixed-cultural populations. Further, large sample size studies are recommended.

Gait Characteristics Following Stroke: A Prospective Crossover Study to Compare Ankle-Foot Orthosis with Functional Electrical Stimulation
Conclusions: Quantitative and qualitative results were in favour of FES as compared to AFO and barefoot suggesting that FES can be a potential orthotic intervention in hemiplegic patients.
