Conclusion: These findings limit the possible roles of gene transcriptional changes in previously reported age-dependent pro-arrhythmic electrophysiologial changes observed in Pgc-1β-/- atria to an altered Ca2+-ATPase (Atp2a2) expression. This directly parallels previously reported arrhythmic mechanism associated with p21-activated kinase type 1 deficiency. Risk factors analysis of nosocomial pneumonia in elderly patients with acute cerebral infraction
In this study, 324 aged 70 years and over patients with ACI who were admitted to the inpatient department of TianJin First Hospital (China) from January 2012 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into NP group (80 patients) and non-NP group (244 patients) according to whether NP was occurred 48 hours after hospitalization.
