Effect of transversus abdominis plane block on postoperative outcomes in gynecologic oncology patients managed on an Enhanced Recovery After Surgery pathway
CONCLUSIONS: Surgeon-administered TAP blocks were associated with decreased length of stay and post-operative opioid use in patients not receiving scheduled NSAIDs. Idiopathic omental hemorrhage: a case report and review of the literature
ConclusionPresence of positive focused assessment with sonography in trauma, abdominal pain, imaging evidence of fluid accumulation, and a reduction in hemoglobin levels collectively indicate the likelihood of arteriovenous malformation occurrence. The treatment options include surgical intervention and transcatheter arterial embolization. Surgical intervention is recommended for subjects with hemodynamic instability, persistent hypotension and those whose diagnosis is unconfirmed.

Bezoar at Jejunojejunostomy Following Liver Transplant: A Case Report
We report a case of late small bowel obstruction secondary to an impacted bezoar that formed at a patulous jejunojejunostomy portion of the biliary-enteric anastomosis. The patient was a 26-year-old male patient, who underwent deceased donor whole liver transplant for pediatric acute liver failure.
