Continuation or discontinuation of oral anticoagulants after HAS-BLED scores increase in patients with atrial fibrillation
ConclusionsFor patients whose HAS-BLED scores increased to  ≥ 3, the continuation of OACs was associated with better clinical outcomes. The Effect of Chronic Disease Management Program on the Risk of Complications in Patients With Hypertension in Korea
CONCLUSION: The results showed that participants of the chronic disease management program were less likely to have hypertension complications compared to non-participants.
