Effect of tirofiban in treating patients with progressive ischemic stroke
CONCLUSIONS: Tirofiban combined with conventional basic treatment can greatly improve neurological deficits and disease outcomes, alleviate platelet adhesion, and reduce platelet activation without increasing the risk of hemorrhage in PIS patients.PMID:35363359 | DOI:10.26355/eurrev_202203_28357

Low-dose intravenous recombinant tissue plasminogen activator in acute ischemic stroke without large vessel occlusion screened by 3T MRI
