ConclusionsExtraglandular involvement was associated with a higher prevalence of arterial hypertension, dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia, and coronary artery disease. Anti-Ro/SSA and anti-La/SSB seropositivity was associated with a higher prevalence of cardiac rhythm abnormalities, hyperuricemia, venous thrombosis, coronary artery disease, and cerebrovascular disease.
