A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Clinical Outcomes of Patients Undergoing Chronic Total Occlusion Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
CONCLUSIONS: CTO-PCI is associated with better subsequent clinical outcomes in observational studies but not in RCTs. Appropriately powered RCTs are needed to conclusively determine the impact of CTO-PCI on clinical outcomes.PMID:36227013

Cost-effectiveness of follow-up invasive coronary angiography after percutaneous coronary stenting: a real-world observational cohort study in Japan
Conclusions FUICA increased the costs but did not improve clinical benefits. Thus, FUICA is not economically more attractive than CF alone. Trial registration number UMIN000039768.

Long-term cardiovascular outcomes and temporal trends in patients diagnosed with ANCA-associated vasculitis: a Danish nationwide registry study
ConclusionsPatients with AAV are at increased risk of heart failure, atrial-/ventricular arrhythmias, venous thrombotic events, ischaemic stroke and myocardial infarction. Furthermore, patients with AAV were more frequently examined with coronary procedures and underwent more coronary revascularizations. No temporal changes in ischaemic cardiovascular outcomes were observed, albeit the cardiovascular mortality has decreased over time.

Rivaroxaban Underdose for Atrial Fibrillation with Stable Coronary Disease: The AFIRE Trial Findings
CONCLUSION: In patients with AF, stable CAD, and preserved renal function, rivaroxaban underdose was associated with similar rates of thrombotic events but a lower incidence of hemorrhagic events than the standard dose.CLINICAL TRIAL REGISTRATION: AFIRE UMIN Clinical Trials Registry (https://www.umin.ac.jp/ctr/), number UMIN000016612, and ClinicalTrials.gov, number NCT02642419.PMID:35697255 | DOI:10.1055/s-0042-1744543
