Outcome of neurocritical disorders, a multicenter prospective cross ‐sectional study
ConclusionThis study identified that near two-thirds of the patients required mechanical ventilation. Delayed admission was observed due to causes distributed between the medical side and patient side. The majority of patients were discharged from ICU with partial recovery.

Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the frequency, clinical spectrum and outcomes of pediatric guillain-Barr & #233; syndrome in India: A multicentric ambispective cohort study
Conclusions: The COVID-19 pandemic led to a marked decline in pediatric GBS presenting to hospitals. Antecedent illnesses, clinical and electrophysiological profile of GBS remained largely unchanged from the pre-pandemic era.

The pattern of neurocritical disorders in multicenter in Khartoum State November 2020 to January 2021
ConclusionStroke was the dominant diagnostic pattern requiring intensive care unit admission. Mechanical ventilation was the major indication for admission. Establishing specialized neurocritical intensive care units is highly recommended.

Wernicke ’s encephalopathy and cranial nerve VII palsy in a 24-year-old patient with COVID-19
ConclusionsThis case is one of three documented cases of Wernicke ’s encephalopathy believed to be caused by COVID-19 in patients without risk factors or chronic alcohol use. Ours is also the first case in which Wernicke’s encephalopathy presents with a concomitant cranial nerve VII palsy. While Emergency Medicine doctors must maintain a high index of suspicio n for stroke in younger patients with COVID-19, our patient’s case augments the correlation between COVID-19 and Wernicke’s encephalopathy in patients without other risk factors for developing the syndrome.

Neurological manifestations of dengue fever
Conclusions: In this study of patients admitted with dengue, neurological complications due to dengue were seen in 2.64%. Encephalopathy, encephalitis and syncope were the commonest manifestations, followed by acute symptomatic seizures, intracranial haemorrhage and GBS. The entire neuroaxis can be involved in dengue infection. To the best of our knowledge, this is the largest reported study of neurological complications of dengue.
