Impact of Comorbidities on Lung Cancer Screening Evaluation
CONCLUSION: Patient and procedure-level factors may alter the benefits of lung cancer screening. Data concerning individual risk factors and high-risk complications should therefore be incorporated into diagnostic algorithms to optimize clinical benefit and minimize harm. Safety of long-term exposure to abiraterone acetate in patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer and concomitant cardiovascular risk factors
Conclusions: Long-term abiraterone treatment was well tolerated in mCRPC patients with controlled cardiovascular comorbidities/risk factors, with no apparent worsening of cardiovascular conditions from baseline over an extended observation period.

Risk of ischemic stroke after androgen deprivation therapy for prostate cancer in the Chinese population living in Hong Kong
Conclusions There was increased risk of ischemic stroke after androgen deprivation therapy for prostate cancer in the Chinese population. The risk of ischemic stroke should be considered while deciding on androgen deprivation therapy, especially in older patients with known history of hyperlipidemia.

Androgen deprivation therapy and cardiovascular risk in chinese patients with nonmetastatic carcinoma of prostate.
