In this study, we carefully collected the mildew and extracted the genomic DNA. The internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region of rDNA was amplified using universal primers ITS1 and ITS4 (White et al. 1990). Clinical characteristics of hypersensitivity pneumonitis: non-fibrotic and fibrotic subtypes
CONCLUSIONS: Older age, <20% of lymphocyte in BAL, and ≥1.75% of eosinophil in BAL were risk factors associated with the development of FHP. Target and Mechanism of the Xihuang Pill Based on Network Pharmacology for Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma
CONCLUSIONS: The study found the targets and relevant pathways of the hub genes of Xihuang Pill using biological analysis and molecular docking and demonstrated the interactions of critical chemical compounds with the hub's targeted genes were. Identification and characterization of the compound heterozygous variants of TYR gene in a northern Chinese family with Oculocutaneous albinism type 1
This study aimed to identify the genetic variants of a northern Chinese family with OCA1. Clinical information and peripheral blood samples were collected. PCR amplification and Sanger sequencing were used to detect the entire exons and adjacent flanking sequences of TYR gene. Functional prediction of variants was performed by various bioinformatic analyses, while the pathogenicity classification of variants was evaluated according to ACMG standards and guidelines.
