Elanco completes $7.6B purchase of Bayer Animal Health, combining two area giants
Elanco Animal Health Inc. completed a $7.6 billion acquisition of Bayer Animal Health, a deal that involves roughly 650 employees in the Kansas City area. Elanco CEO Jeff Simmons said called Monday Day 1 a combined company that now is equally strong in the livestock and companion animal markets.
