Impact of the STK11/KRAS co-mutation on the response to immunotherapy in a real-world pan-cancer cohort
CONCLUSIONS: Co-mutation STK11/KRAS is common among patients with non-small cell lung cancer and is not an independent predictive marker for the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors.
