Preventing a Scarring Start into the Labor Market: Integration Strategies for Young Persons with Disabilities
Conclusion(Automatic) paths into VR programs for especially persons with mental disabilities in sheltered workshop are clearly shown. Furthermore, it is somewhat questionable that YPWD participate more often in sheltered workshops in regions where sheltered work possibilities are more common, as well as where NEO was implemented locally; and participate more often in company-external vocational training where VR service providers are commissioned to a greater extent. Integrated Mental Healthcare and Vocational Rehabilitation for People on Sick Leave with Anxiety or Depression: 24-Month Follow-up of the Randomized IBBIS Trial
In conclusion, compared to SAU, INT was associated with a slightly higher work rate reaching borderline statistical significance at 12-month follow-up and lower s tress levels at 6-month follow-up. The disappearance of relative effect between 12 and 24 months may be explained by the fact that the intervention lasted less than 12 months or by delayed spontaneous remission in the SAU group after 12 months. Despite the lack of effect at long-term follow-up, INT still performed slightly better than SAU overall. Moderate implementation difficulties, may partly explain the absence of the hypothesized effect. Integrated intervent...

How do Employees with Chronic Musculoskeletal Disorders Experience the Management of Their Condition in the Workplace? A Metasynthesis
AbstractThis metasynthesis contributes to an understanding of the experiences, perceptions, and attitudes of employees on managing chronic musculoskeletal disorders (CMSDs) at work. However, the purpose of this review was to synthesise evidence that only focuses on the employees ’ management of their CMSDs at work. The SPIDER framework was used to structure the question “How do employees with CMSDs experience the management of their condition in the workplace”? The literature search focused on articles published between 2011...

A Systematic Review of Workplace Physical Activity Coaching
Conclusions The majority of interventions provided evidence for the effectiveness of workplace PA coaching. Nevertheless, the results are inconclusive with regard to the variety of coaching parameters and thus no general statement can be made about the effectiveness of individual parameters. However, this variety of parameters also leads to a high degree of individualization of workplace PA coaching interventions to increase PA for different groups of employees and different types of workplaces. Acquired Brain Injury Among Adolescents and Young Adults: A Nationwide Study of Labor Market Attachment
Conclusions Young patients frequently experienced sequelae and rehabilitation needs 3  months post ABI, which was negatively associated with long-term labor market attachment. The low rate of sRTW among patients with sequelae and unmet rehabilitation needs indicates an untapped potential for ameliorated vocational and rehabilitating initiatives targeted at young patients.
