Blastocyst formation in vitrified-warmed preimplantation embryos derived from vitrified-warmed oocytes in a mouse model
CONCLUSION: Regarding developmental potential to the blastocyst stage, vitrified-warmed day-3 embryos originating from vitrified-warmed oocytes demonstrated comparable results to non-vitrified embryos from similar oocytes. These findings indicate that day-3 embryos derived from vitrified-warmed oocytes can be effectively cryopreserved without incurring cellular damage.PMID:38433015 | PMC:PMC10914501 | DOI:10.5653/cerm.2023.06499 (Source: Clinical and Experimental Reproductive Medicine)

Caffeine attenuates spermatogenic disorders in mice with induced chronic scrotal hyperthermia
CONCLUSION: Overall, caffeine attenuated cellular and molecular abnormalities induced by heat stress in the testis, particularly in the mice treated under the preventive condition.PMID:38433013 | PMC:PMC10914498 | DOI:10.5653/cerm.2023.06142 (Source: Clinical and Experimental Reproductive Medicine)

Impact of vitamin D supplementation as COVID-19 vaccine adjuvant on sperm parameters and sex hormones in men with idiopathic infertility: Two separate pre-post studies
CONCLUSION: Our results support vitamin D supplementation as an immune adjunct to COVID-19 vaccination for improving sperm parameters and hormone levels. COVID-19 vaccination is not harmful for male fertility potential, and vitamin D is an effective factor for male fertility.PMID:38263587 | DOI:10.5653/cerm.2023.06464 (Source: Clinical and Experimental Reproductive Medicine)
