The Uptake and Distribution Evidence of Nano- and Microplastics < em > in vivo < /em > after a Single High Dose of Oral Exposure
CONCLUSION: Nanoplastics translocated rapidly to observed organs/tissues through blood circulation; however, only small amounts of MPs could penetrate the organs.PMID:38326719 | DOI:10.3967/bes2024.004 (Source: Biomedical and Environmental Sciences : BES)

The Effect and Mechanism of < em > Fructus lycii < /em > on Improvement of Exercise Fatigue Using a Network Pharmacological Approach with < em > in vitro < /em > Experimental Verification
CONCLUSION: Fructus lycii might alleviate exercise fatigue through multiple components and pathways. Among these, quercetin appears to improve exercise fatigue by enhancing energy metabolism and reducing oxidative stress. The PI3K-AKT and MAPK signaling pathways also appear to play a role in this process.PMID:38326720 | DOI:10.3967/bes2024.005 (Source: Biomedical and Environmental Sciences : BES)
