Evaluation of users and health professionals on teleconsultation in primary care: A cross-sectional study
CONCLUSIONS: Teleconsultation implementation has been well valued by both patients and professionals. The face-to-face visit is preferred for chronic and acute pathologies, especially in the elderly. It will be necessary to define in which cases teleconsultation is the best tool according to the characteristics of each population.PMID:37167849 | DOI:10.1016/j.aprim.2023.102642 (Source: Atencion Primaria)

Why is it increasingly difficult to "do the right thing" and to "stop doing the wrong thing"? Strategies for reversing low-value practices
Aten Primaria. 2023 Apr 27;55(7):102630. doi: 10.1016/j.aprim.2023.102630. Online ahead of print.ABSTRACTThis manuscript describes the factors that have led to the spread of low-value practices (LVP) and the main initiatives to reverse them. Reversing LVP requires a planned process with a multifactorial approach engaging the different actors involved. It considers the barriers to de-implementat...
