Evaluation of the implementation of the 2021 guidelines of the European society of cardiology for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction in patients aged over 75

Tachycardie ventriculaire r écidivante révélant une sarcoïdose cardiaque: Cardiac sarcoidosis revealed by recurrent ventricular tachycardia
We report here the case of a young woman with cardiac sarcoidosis of difficult diagnosis, revealed by a myocardial infarction with normal coronary angiography and recurrent ventricular tachycardia.
