Minimum pay increase to be PIC/Manager Inpatient
What would you take as the MINIMUM pay increase (percentage- all markets are a little different so dollar amounts are harder to relate) to become the pharmacy manager (promoted from staff pharmacist) of a hospital inpatient pharmacy? For perspective, consider it a SMALL (micro-hospital, if you have ever heard of them- under 50 beds) inpatient pharmacy, so not some 1000 bed juggernaut hospital. What's so bad about corporate dentistry?
So I'm fairly new to these forums and am a pre-dental student. From what I've read so far, when people mention going into corporate dentistry it is often not in a positive light. So why the negative stigma? To me corporate dentistry seems to have a similar paradigm to hospital management (i.e. hospital is the corporation/employer and you treat the patients and make your pay) which seems like a decent deal to me.
