Addressing Technical Needs and Opportunities for Imaging the Visual System (RFA-EY-14-001)
The purpose of this webinar is to discuss the latest funding opportunity through the NEI Audacious Goals Initiative. This Request for Applications (RFA) will fund new imaging technologies that will enable research efforts toward achieving the goal of regenerating neurons and neural connections in the eye and visual system. NEI scientific staff will provide an overview of this goal, a discussion of imaging and the neural pathways in the visual system, and specifics about the RFA. NCSB Annual Meeting 2013
2013 marks the 10th anniversary of the NCSB program and this year’s annual meeting will feature presentations for a wide audience about the status and achievements of the program. The meeting will also allow the PIs from all active NIGMS NCSB awards to meet and discuss their results, lessons learned, and challenges in setting up the center, running center-scale research, and transitioning the center to independent funding.
