Broadening the life course framework: the implications of the Charter for the Rights of Children yet to be Conceived proposed by First 1000  Days Australia
This article examines the unique propositions within the ‘Charter for the Rights of Children yet to be Conceived’ posited by First 1000 Days Australia. It argues that the Charter's pioneering focus on preconception conditions significantly broadens the life-course framework for early childhood, challenging traditional rights frameworks that typicall y commence at birth.
