Medical office building in Charlotte region sells for $3M-plus
A Hickory medical office building has been sold for $3.1 million to a company affiliated with a Charlotte real estate firm, according to Catawba County real estate records. The building, which houses Hickory Family Practice at 52 12th Ave. NE in Hickory, sold last month to Sunset Southstar LLC, affiliated with Tribek Properties, according to its state business license.
