Flagler Hospital will build a health campus in the St. Johns County master-planned community Nocatee, the health system announced Monday.
The development, called the "Flagler Health Village at Nocatee," will comprise of a 30,000-square-foot building with outdoor activity space. Medical office building in Charlotte region sells for $3M-plus
A Hickory medical office building has been sold for $3.1 million to a company affiliated with a Charlotte real estate firm, according to Catawba County real estate records.
The building, which houses Hickory Family Practice at 52 12th Ave. NE in Hickory, sold last month to Sunset Southstar LLC, affiliated with Tribek Properties, according to its state business license. UNC Rockingham Health Care's six physician practices in Eden and western Rockingham County have become part of UNC Physicians Network.
