I was impressed with Nikki Haley last night and thought she had a good performance. Vivek was too contentious and seemed inexperienced on foreign policy. But, the Orange man still has a huge lead in the polls and will likely get the GOP nomination. I would like for several of the candidates to drop out and see Younkin enter the race. The one everyone's been waiting for. The one where Trump asked Georgia's Secretary of State to find him 11,780 more votes. This one's got it all: Guiliani, Meadows, Powell, Eastman, Cheesebro... a veritable menagerie of nincompoops. False Statements, soliciting a public official to violate their oath of office, forgery, impersonating a public officer, conspiracy to impersonate a public officer... They're even throwing RICO charges at them!

Trump Can't Win
Donald Trump can't win the general election. Yes, he will win the primary but lose "bigly" in the 2024 election. I will be voting third party for the first time in my life if Trump gets the GOP nomination. I suspect 1/3 of GOP voters feel the same way. My hope, and it is a long shot, is that for the firs time in American history the third party candidate wins the Presidency. Again, I know Joe Manchin is a long shot but I have to vote my conscience. I am doing my neuro residency. This program is mostly filled with FMGs, cos no american can stand this program due to its work ethics. anyways, I was threatened by my PD saying that if i complain, he would ruin life by messing with my fellowship & license application.

As a previous Trump voter I just don't feel that magic he captured 7 years ago. As much as I strongly feel he was a far better president than the current debacle, I won't get behind him this go around. I'll sit it out even if it means another disastrous 4 years of Resthome Joe and VP Giggles. I just want Trump to go away at this point.

Mid Term Elections- Lessons Learned
The results of the mid term elections were pretty clear to me that the country is still moderate/centrist and for many states that is the candidate which will win elections. I hope the era of Trump is over and TOXIC TRUMP will go retire in his multiple homes.

Pending disaster in American health care system; shortage of supplies
It has shocked me how there has been no media coverage of the lack of the most basic medications and supplies in the past 6 months. Things are actually getting worse, not better, over time.

Goldwater Violation
If I recall there were a few Psychiatrists who made comments on Trump or other public people in the past 4 years. Has there been any consequences for any of these Psychiatrists opining on public figures?
