Class Action Law Suit in New Mexico for Inadequate Treatment of Leukemia
The Pathology Blawg had a recent note about a class action lawsuit against the University of New Mexico over inadequate treatment of children diagnosed with leukemia between 1989-1996 (see: Class action malpractice lawsuit may cost New Mexico taxpayers up to $165 million).
