Can I apply to graduate entry Medicine if my undergrad includes foundation year?

My A-Level grades were suffice to get into the standard entry undegraduate course (Biomedical Science) but because I took my A-Levels over 7 years prior to the start of my course, my Uni required that I took foundation year. The Uni I am interested in which offers graduate entry Medicine states that your degree will only be considred if it was completed in the 'natural length' i.e. 3 years for Bachelors. Does this pre-requisite disqualify me as my degree would have been completed over 4 years? The foundation year is 'lumped in' with my degree - the official course name is 'Biomedical Science with FD year.' Thank you!
