Inverted urethral flap reconstruction after partial penectomy: Long-term oncological and functional outcomes
CONCLUSIONS: To the best of our knowledge, we report the largest cohort in the literature of PP with IUF reconstruction. These results are important since early-stage PC is the most common stage at diagnosis. In carefully selected patients' preservation of a longer urethral stump to allow for the inverted flap is safe and does not compromise oncological outcomes while preserving HRQoL.PMID:35260297 | DOI:10.1016/j.urolonc.2022.02.006
