Secukinumab Ameliorates Oxidative Damage Induced by Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion in Rats
CONCLUSION: IR injury was found to cause oxidative and histopathological changes in rat brain tissues, and secukinumab treatment ameliorated these pathological effects. Therefore, secukinumab may be useful to prevent and treat oxidative stress-induced brain damage in patients with ischemic stroke.PMID:35147962 | DOI:10.5137/1019-5149.JTN.33606-21.3
