A multiple logistic regression analysis was performed to identify the predictors of depression.FindingsYoung age, poor sleep quality, and greater morning-shift social jetlag predicted depression among female nurses working a three-shift schedule.Practice ImplicationsNursing management should consider scheduling shifts to minimize nurses' social jetlag and develop interventions for improving sleep quality to prevent depression among female rotating-shift nurses.
