Profiling immune network in regressing histiocytic dermatosis: a case report
Histiocytic disorders, heterogeneous inflammatory conditions characterized by myeloid cell proliferation, are often accompanied by infiltrates of mixed inflammatory cells. The pathophysiology of chronic inflammation and regression of histiocytosis remain poorly understood, especially the immune profiles of cutaneous Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD), a rare and heterogeneous disorder presenting therapeutic challenges [1]. Herein, we report an in-depth, single-cell level transcriptome analysis of regressing RDD.
