Octogenarian s/p SBRT mid 2019 for empirically Dx'd T1 lung ca.
PreRT SUV 2.8.
New radiology services in town - in-house at a new med onc facility.
Pt goes there for heme issue, med onc there sees she has h/o SBRT, he cancels the CT chest I had scheduled for pt and gets a PET at their in-house scanner instead.
Despite numerous CT's and PET's done at another facility they use no prior studies for comparison.
