As long as you anonymise it you would be fine. However, interviews are a bad time to get bogged down in specifics and details such as medical conditions. They’re usually far more interested in what you did in a particular situation than the details of a patient’s medical history. They’re not going to award you a place based on your knowledge of particular conditions so only mention it if it’s material to your answer. I had one answer where I was talking about looking after a patient with dysphagia and the patient in question had a brain stem stroke, Parkinson’s disease and dementia. The only part of the patient’s history relevant to my answer was the dysphagia because I was talking about an example of a time when I’d shown good communication with other members of staff and talking about who you learn from, so that’s all I mentioned. ...
