Predictive value of spiral shape in coronary plaque progression: an intraindividual comparative study

Objective We conducted a pilot study to explore the value of spiral-shaped sign of plaque from coronary computed tomographic angiography (CCTA) in predicting plaque progression by intraindividual comparison. Methods A total of 30 patients with a total of 60 plaques who received serial CCTA were retrospectively included and intraindividual compared.
