4 Months for MCAT w/o Physiology

Hi everyone, I am planning on studying for the MCAT for 4 months, but I decided against taking physiology to protect my cGPA and sGPA (notoriously death class at my school). So, I have to learn that content before really studying I guess. Is 4 months too short now? Little concerned about doing alllll the content review I need to do (because I don't remember physics) in like a month so I have 3 months of just practice questions. Any advice is really appreciated! Thanks!
