An Enigmatic Case of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and Apparent Hypothyroidism

A 60-year old male state worker was seen at our facility for the first time in 2017 for thyroid evaluation with a diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis and hypothyroidism who had been treated with varying doses of 50-200 ugm of levothyroxine for several years.
