ConclusionsThe extent of postinterventional cerebral hyperdensities on postinterventional non-contrast-enhanced CT was associated with malignant brain edema. The Hyperdensity on CT Score could be used to predict malignant brain edema regardless of the component of postinterventional cerebral hyperdensities.
