Effect of "me-too" movement and Larry Nasser and Louis Riccardo scandals on how we practice our profession and my speciality choice?

I know Larry Nasser and Louis Riccardo are no longer practicing in Michigan and the "me-too" movement has basically come to an end but various state legislatures still continue to pass "chaperone laws" and any false accusation of sexual harassment or abuse from a single patient can result in the end of my career, right?
