Perceived marginality in veteran and nonveteran nursing students in baccalaureate programs
ConclusionVeteran nursing students in this study demonstrate higher levels of perceived marginalization. Strategies aimed at decreasing attrition and marginalization should be implemented, thus improving the diversity of the nursing workforce.
