Covid-19 and neuromuscular diseases

The development of e-health technologies for teleconsultation and exchange of knowledge is within the mission of European Reference Networks (ERN), including Euro-NMD, the ERN for rare neuromuscular diseases. The Clinical Patient Management System (CPMS) is a web-based platform promoting active collaboration within and across ERNs to discuss patient cases. “Telegenetics” represents an attractive alternative to traditional on-site genetic counseling in light of the non-homogeneous availability of genetic services among countries and the increasing demand of high-level expertise.
