However, med admission isn't just based on grades. You'll still need a good UCAT / BMAT score + work experience etc. just to get to the interview stage; and then you need to do well in that too.
If you have passed them all, then you'll get a condition offer of you achieving the grades. Only if you achieve the actual grades will you get in... so the grades is actually the "last" thing that you'd need to get (some med schools don't even look at your predicted grades).
