Novel optical coherence tomography findings of a case of sympathetic ophthalmia after 23-gauge vitrectomy

Conclusion: Sympathetic ophthalmia is a known complication after vitrectomy. Optical coherence tomography can be invaluable in monitoring diagnosis and progression of Dalen-Fuchs nodules.
