Successful treatment of massive pulmonary embolism in a pregnant woman complicated with atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome

We present a case of a 32-year-old patient who had a pulmonary embolism with shock in the 8th week of pregnancy complicated by atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome.
