IM Ketamine for pediatric sedation

Anybody use IM ketamine for pediatric procedural sedation? Here's a clinical situation I encounter on occasion. School age kid, let's say 3-13. Needs a urgent but not emergent procedure, either laceration repair or I&D. Plan A is LET, distraction, etc. But some kids just ain't havin' it.
