The project should offer 5 to 10-week online distance courses on the topics described. These online distance courses should be offered completely via the internet, however they should be led and taught by an American professor, who will provide personalized feedback for the students. These courses should be offered from July 2015 to June 2016. We strongly encourage non-profit organizations and academic institutions that have specific expertise in strengthening the capacity of English teachers through distance education to apply.
