Venous bicarbonate and creatine kinase as diagnostic and prognostic tools in the setting of acute traumatic rhabdomyolysis

CONCLUSIONS: Although both venous HCO3 and CK showed a weak correlation with creatinine, the former performed significantly better in predicting AKI.
