Rituximab-induced Hypogammaglobulinemia and Infection Risk in Pediatric Patients

IgG hypogammaglobulinemia was frequent in children receiving rituximab (40%), and was associated with an increased risk of serious infections. Physician-diagnosed PID unmasked by rituximab was found in 4.3% (9/207) of the cohort.
