Prophylactic anticoagulation: comment on the American College of Rheumatology Guidance for Management of Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children

AbstractThe American College of Rheumatology guidance for management of pediatric patients with multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS ‐C) associated with SARS‐CoV‐2 have been recently published. The guidance was prepared by the multidisciplinary Task Force and provide a very rational approach to management of this condition. There is, however, one area in which we are in disagreement.
