Low Vitamin D Levels are Associated with Vascular Endothelial Dysfunction in Patients with Poorly Controlled Type 2 Diabetes: A Retrospective Study.

CONCLUSION: The results demonstrated the association of serum 25(OH)D levels with endothelial function in poorly controlled T2D patients and identified serum 25(OH)D level of <16.5 ng/mL as a predictor of RHI <1.67. Serum 25(OH)D level is a potentially useful marker of vascular endothelial dysfunction in poorly controlled T2D patients. PMID: 33518614 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]
